UAP DISTRICT DIRECTOR A5 ARCH. ROXAS MESSAGE TO TURNOVER CEREMONIES FOR 2017-2018 MARVALLEY ACT

On behalf of the UAP Regional District A5 Council, I wish to extend my warm congratulations to both the outgoing and incoming Officers of UAP Marikina Valley Chapter on your Turnover and Induction Ceremonies which will be held on June 5, 2017. This event is a momentous occasion at this place and time, as we tenaciously worked out with increasing zeal, new dreams and new approaches for the greatness of our beloved organization for the coming Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

For the elected Officers of the UAP Marikina Valley Chapter, you know that you have been entrusted crucial positions in this chapter, I bid you not only congratulations but also a well-meaning “good luck” on all your chapter’s future. I can only give you this message….. Governance is not all about powers; it’s more of responsibilities. You are now tasked with the crucial duty of steering your chapter to greatness or to oblivion. Your predecessors shall remember you by the legacy you leave behind. I believe that great leaders are made and not quite born.

So therefore, to the current Officers of UAP Marikina Valley Chapter: ALWAYS THINK THAT YOU ARE HEROES AND CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.  I am sure you recognize the incredible power you have to influence what people see in the buildings we design, what people hear and what people believe. You are different because you are always eager to innovate and are bold in action. 

You are driven by the same powerful impulse - an unrelenting hunger to excel; an unwavering commitment to pursue fresh heights of excellence. With such spirit and energy, I hope that the Officers of UAP Marikina Valley Chapter can create a further upward inflexion in our strong trajectory of growth and development.
