Philip John S. Padilla, Ar. Jernel B. Bagares, Ar. Ranier L. Biglang-awa, Ar. Ranelle T. Dela Paz, Ar. Jasmin Grace P. Lee, Ar. Virgilio M. Balderosa, Ar. Leo B. Carlos, Ar. Roger M. Victorino, Ar.Caroline C. Victorino. Topics discussed was the forthcoming 7th GMM on March 6, 2017, updates on activities especially regarding the Annual National Awards UAP National bid for Feb. 28, 2017 submission, 43rd Natcon on April 27-29 attendees, the Summer Outing on May 12-14 and confirmed attendees on Feb. 25, 2017.
