Vargas and Leo B. Carlos. The agenda taken up were the 1st Membership Meeting schedule for July 4, 2016, District A5 Joint Induction of Chapter New Officers, Courtesy Call to Marikina Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Councilor, designation of committees and other matters.
