The Board of Directors meet up for the Bid Awards assignment preparations before final review and printing and signing of Letter of Intent. 

7th Board Meeting FY 2018-2019

The Marvalley Leads held its 7th BOD meeting last January 19, 2019 again at Ar. Lorie's residence at Macapagal Sto. Nino, Marikina City. It was attended by 10 officers. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the January 2019 activities and other events.

Agenda are as follows:

1.)  Bids award Submission on February 1, 2019.

2.) 6th General Membership Meeting on February 7, 2019

3.) Updates on  Area A Assembly meeting

4.) Update on the 45th UAP National Convention meeting

5.) Coron Summer Outing on may 9-14, 2019

Last Jan. 7,  2019, we held our 5" GMM at Montare  Events  Place  & Food  Hub, Marikina City.  Around  6:00  PM the registration started as we welcomed our fellow Architects, past presidents,sponsors & guest speaker Master Hanz Cua with the theme  "How to  Feng Shui your  homes  & offices."

Opening  prayer  was  led by Ar. Grace R. Tamesis, the national anthem,  UAP March to followed and the Architect's creed by Ar. Jem Buenaluz.  Ar.  Radel  Vargas  did the opening remarks at around 7:00 PM we had our dinner welcome everybody and mentioned Master  Hanz Cua to reveal his predictions for 2019 Year of the  Pig. We acknowledged  the two  product  presenters of the night. Mega Pacific Metal and Steel Corporation and the Floor Center.

The  program  was  hosted  by Ar. Jihrom S. Miramonte and Ar. Rhaine L.  Biglang-Awa at around  7:00 PM as they announced  the food  is ready  to  serve,  the  AVP  of  last activities was played. The acknowledgement of past president and presentors followed.

After dinner, Master Hanz Cua revealed his predictions for the coming year. Many were excited  and attentive  it  seemed like  we are at a movie theater. Ears and eyes were focused   to   Master   Hanz  Cua  when   he shows the suggested orientation where the best ad where the negatives are,  and what to avoid to stay out of negative effects. Love life also predicted to some architects by reading their "Guhit ng Palad" ,   Master Hanz Cua later said 2019 Year of the Pig will be better  than  2018  Year  of  the  Dog.  The energy of the Earth Pig is more relaxed and prosperous,  lots of opportunities will  come especially to younger generation. 

With this kind of topic,architects and designers  should  consider  some  points  if not all especially in  dealing a  project owned by a  Chinese  or for  those  who  believe  in Feng Shui.

The business proper was called to order by our Chapter President Ar.  Lorie  C. Villame who discussed and reported activities showed on the programme.

Everybody received pamphlets and giveaways from presentors and the 5th GMM ended at around 10:30 PM.
